Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is being used as our full HRIS suite, employee self-service and manager self-service. We are currently going through an acquisition and it is the chosen HRIS product to be used across all platforms effective 1/1/2016. It addresses the majority of our HR business problems currently, including Talent Acquisition management, Open Enrollment & Life Events, Payroll processing and time and attendance (currently using UTA). It also serves as our system of record that feeds into the company Active Directory.
Pros
- UltiPro does a great job of staying abreast any compliance or legal regulations we need to be aware of as HR professionals. In particular they have provided up to date reporting tools for ACA requirements for tracking variable hours eligibility for medical insurance.
- UltiPro has been a wonderful strategic partner, in particular our ERM has been actively involved in our company growth and ensuring she is partnering with us as we move into the next phase of our business.
- I appreciate UltiPro's willingness to listen and act upon client feedback for product enhancements.
Cons
- There seems to be a good amount of infrastructure changes occurring. As a client we have felt it from a customer service standpoint, ie. slow responses from our NSR.
- The UTA product has been a difficult module for us from the time we implemented. I believe there should be more support personnel working with this product and troubleshooting and finding resolution to issues has been challenging.
