Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the whole organization, from the new hire process to terminations and everything in between. We are using direct deposit now and the employees can enroll for their own health benefits on line when eligible, change their 401K deductions. Managers can approve employees time quicker and more efficiently now that we use the time management portion. Employees clock in & out easier and enter their vacations requests there also for management approval. There are so many reports that can be run and customized, I can't even say! Pay change and transfers are handled and approved with so much ease these days.
  • Payroll runs extremely smoothly and easily. It will automatically upload your employees' time cards very easily and makes payroll processing a breeze. This is a role - based web portal that provides instants access to reports and information.
  • With Business Intellingence, you can run any report imaginable! I have never seen so many reports that you can run, and set any filter that you need to customize it to fit your particular criterion.
  • Benefits is always a big, big issue with any company. Ulti Pro can handle it very well. You can even set up arrear ro run and keep track and take out as needed. Open enrollment can be a snap when everyone enrolls through Ulti Pro.
  • After the payroll is run, you do have to wait 1 hour for your final cash analysis and cash history reports. I would like it a little sooner that that, but we all live in an instantaneous society!
  • There are some areas on the employee deductions' page, for example, where you keep having to put in the date, over and over, just once , would be good, not three times in a span of 10 lines.
  • I would like a littlier easier set up in a few areas, such as the business rules. You have to go to 2 or 3 places on the set ups to get it right the first time. Maybe UltiPro should offer more classes on more days of the week.
  • Everything is date driven, so you have to be very careful with your dates!
