Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Poor response time. Answers that aren't accurate and/or complete.
We currently use Ultipro as our HRIS and to pay our employees.
  • Allows employees up update their address.
  • Allows employees to update their personal information.
  • Allows employees to upload W2 to Turbo Tax.
  • Ability to future date job and salary changes.
  • Ability to handle negative earnings (i.e. WC and SSDI paybacks), with an option other than going back and reissuing checks.
  • Ability to work with a project manager instead of opening individual SRs when there are large projects.
  • Self-taught
The ability to future date transactions.
