Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is the HRMS of the entire university. It allows employees to see their information via an Employee Self-Service, enter PTO, and enter time via Time & Attendance.
- I think the training they provide is excellent. In particular I Tech Talks and monthly BI training.
- I like how they are trying to put more power in the hands of the customer, e.g. Platform Configurable fields & Carrier Network (although there is a long way to go).
- I don't like the customer support model. We should be able to call at any time and talk to a person. Ultipro has moved towards this with Payroll Support but nothing else. We have to open a case and wait for someone to contact us...that sometimes is a while.
- The rollout of ACA was a mess. Everyone was confused as it was and things were rolled out that didn't work.
- I've had many issues with customs. Getting estimates that I am told will do what we need and then end up paying much more for what we actually need.
- Giving the customer control is moving very slowly. What is delivered is many time not complete. For example, Platform Configurable fields are not available in audit. Really need this to fully utilize those fields.
- Can't make our portal look incredible. The gadget tools are very limited and need a lot of work. Makes the employees think we have an inferior product.
