Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Because of always having the option to contact our account representative, the learning center resources, etc.
UltiPro is used for time entry by all staff employees at the firm. It is also used for payroll processing by our payroll manager. I serve as payroll manager back-up as needed.
  • Offers a lot of BI reports - very customizable.
  • Offers a lot of payroll related reports to ensure accuracy and save for record keeping purposes.
  • Having an account rep to contact anytime & prioritizing cases by level of importance.
  • We sometimes have glitches with payroll codes that affect hour calculation (example - codes not used often such as closed or inclement weather in time entry).
I was not a part of the initial training so I don't know much about how this was done. I personally was taught using online resources and observing online processes.
UltiPro is well suited for analyzing check details, YTD amounts, W2s, etc., because everyone needs that information, and entering daily time.
