Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
It will be used for the whole organization. We go live October 2017 and are very excited to be partnering with Ultimate.
- Being in compliance is critical and UltiPro has some great safe guards to make sure the organization is in compliance.
- Benefits and payroll being in one application and connected is critical to assure double keying isn't done.
- It would be nice to see the benefits connected to one another so it looks to assure if they have one benefit they can have another or if they don't choose one then they can't have another benefit
- Create a calculation and use it anywhere you want to in the system without creating the calculation again in each report you want to use.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
We plan to go live October 2017 but see no reason so far why we can't achieve our goal.
- ADP and Cort
UltiPro seems to be very enhanced and transparent. I like that you can do everything in house but have the option to use UltiPro resources if need be.
