Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across our organization for payroll, time management, performance management, recruiting, open enrollment and life events. It has helped streamline all of our processes - open enrollment and performance management went from paper process to electronic and recruiting has allowed us to reach much larger and more qualified candidate pools. We are able to send feeds to carriers through UltiPro.
  • Being able to create electronic processes creates efficiency
  • We are able to reduce data entry errors by only having to enter information once
  • Ability to track vacant positions
  • Ability to track turnover and reporting from that
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
Having an HRIS that integrates with payroll is crucial for us.
In performance management, we not only initiate performance reviews but we also create workflows for merit increases.
