Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro across the organization for all of our HRIS needs. From punching in-out and distributing W4's to Employees, we use UltiPro. It's been a great tool to run reports, process payroll, and many other things. Our process has been exponentially streamlined because of UltiPro.
  • It's a great tool to keep our employees informed.
  • It's a great tool when we are asked to run reports.
  • it's a great tool when onboarding employees.
  • It could improve in the benefits/deductions page. Going under EE Information > Benefits that isn't always a trustworthy place to find the benefits an EE is currently enrolled in and/or what they are being deducted for. I always have to go to their actual paystub to double check. It's also not the most accurate under the EE Information > Benefits > Deductions page.
  • The time management page under Administration is very slow and frequently takes a long time to load.
  • Sometimes the UltiPro app is more trouble than it's worth. Supervisors always try to use the app for convenience but they always call us needing assistance with something because the app isn't working right. Most of the time it's because they haven't downloaded the most recent version, and with so many new downloads it makes it hard to keep people on the same page.
  • Time savings
Absolutely! Because of the import tool & report function, we are able to save a lot of time each day from having to manually update information or make reports by hand.
Unsure - this was used before I started working for the company.
It's great for storing EE information but not great for storing documents. They did just come out with the new Employee File Management but it also seems like a large beast to tackle with everything we store.
