Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends MSP
We are MSP so we resell it and manage it for our clients. Helps us with streamlining backup solution.
- Set it and forget it approach.
- One pane of glass.
- One place to get support.
- Integration with Kaseya.
- Integration with Kaseya could be better.
- The standalone backup product need s UI and other features.
- Remote management of units would be useful.
- Too early for us to know.
- We will know in 6 months time or so.
- Defo improved our offering.
- MSP360 Backup (formerly CloudBerry Backup) and StorageCraft Cloud Backup
It's very new for us so hard to compare. Definitely all eggs in one basket scenario with Unitrends whereas a lot of flexibility for other units.
