Overall Satisfaction with UpLead
We are a new company with a new product in a very defined industry where long-standing tradition and product usage is the norm. For a new entrant, multi-channel marketing is key for placement, awareness and buy in. At this stage, we are using UpLead entirely to prospect new and previously captured prospects.
Pros
- Provide company overview as a start point dependent upon your search criteria
- Provide multiple contacts and full contact information by discipline
- Let you dig deeper to learn industry your targeting
Cons
- I would like to see an easier way to enter a contacts name to get immediate information
- I would like to see more access to comparable competitors to the company I am searching
- It would be great if UpLead would suggest targets based upon criteria I can load
- With each use of UpLead I am seeing a higher response rate via my email targeting application
- I have been able to fairly rapidly build a database of qualified prospects
UpLead has many similar solutions to ZoomInfo but not quite as extensive and expensive. I find sourcing contact info on UpLead more accurate with the email validation feature provided and if an email gets bounced, I am not charged.
