Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

VanillaSoft is ideal for our business. Everyone in the organization uses it. We make high-volume calls and outbound emails, and VanillaSoft's interface makes it streamlined and effective for day-to-day operations. The administrative options to set up different programs are terrific and allows us to customize as needed. The system makes admin functions a breeze.

It's been so many years since I've used the others, but the VanillaSoft is well above and beyond the two I listed. The ease of functions, flexibility in setup, and the outbound calling and email features are leaps and bounds above the others. I could not see ever going back to the others, we've been so pleased with VanillaSoft.

For sales outreach automation, VanillaSoft is fantastic. I would highly recommend it as a great tool for both users and administrators. We have been using VanillaSoft for many years, and will continue. Both the Admins and the call team enjoy the streamlined, easy to use, interface and options. It makes our jobs simpler.

Using VanillaSoft

12 - Outbound call associates, call team manager, multiple admins. Functions include setup, reporting, reviewing call recordings. Outbound calling and emails.
4 - We have about four key staff members who know VanillaSoft inside and out. They are in management, and all enjoy the ease of use VanillaSoft provides.

We have no reason not to renew. VanillaSoft has been the best CRM (for us) that we have ever used. The value is great, we love the system, and it's easy to get assistance from VanillaSoft team when needed. Our team is so used to the calling and admin functions there is no desire to change.

Evaluating VanillaSoft and Competitors

Yes - InsideSales. Replaced it as our primary CRM. We were not pleased with the functionality of the other CRM. We needed a solution that would integrate with our mass outbound calling. The dialer is simpler, setup is simpler, and all admin functions are simpler as well. It was a fantastic choice.

We do a large amount of outbound calling and emails. The VanillaSoft setup is perfect for us. The cost was well worth what we would get in return for productivity. Our entire team and management all agreed this was a switch we wanted to make. It has proved to be well worth it!
I felt pleased with our research, evaluation, and selection process. VanillaSoft was exactly the type of CRM that would work perfect for us.

VanillaSoft Implementation

It was a simple process, and the VanillaSoft team was great for support.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - That we did have to "settle" for CRMs that weren't efficient for us. The VanillaSoft team was there to help every step of the way, and training our team was very smooth.

It was very helpful and informative. The learning of the tool is something anyone can do, as the setup is so well thought out.
It was very thorough. VanillaSoft team did not rush us. They explained the various functions clearly and were open to any and all questions we had as we began to learn the system. Also, once training completed, if we encountered anything we could not figure out, the support team was fantastic in helping us out.
Occasionally, members of the call team work on very simple calling projects. There is a tiny amount of training, but then they are ready to proceed.

Configuring VanillaSoft

Personally I think it's just right. I can configure very detailed setups of programs that will best service our clients.
Just take the time to explore admin options. If questions, support will help you out. Once you get a feel for all you can do within VanillaSoft, you will be amazed at the ease of configuring project setups. Specifically, the automated leads option is crucial for us, as well as the customization of call guides and emails.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - Just to make it most streamlined for our specific projects. It was extremely easy to do.
No - we have not done any custom code
Not at this time, but we'll continue to explore all options as project continue.

Using VanillaSoft

The entire system is set up so perfectly. It makes training callers much quicker, and admin tools are so easy to navigate when you get used to using it. Also, if there is ever something I cannot figure out, I can get support from VanillaSoft very quickly to resolve and get my task accomplished.

VanillaSoft Reliability

VanillaSoft has been great. The flexibility of the system is wonderful. The scalable software options are impressive as well. I would strongly support VanillaSoft's capabilities in this area. You really can do just about anything to get the setup and or integrations you may desire for your company needs.
It is very rare that we have system issues. Maybe a handful of times over the years, we had to contact support about being unable to access. It was always a quick response from the VanillaSoft team, and they would clearly explain the issue and usually give time frame on fixing, or have it fixed immediately.
I work on all aspects for VanillaSoft for our company. The pages overall do load very quickly. Reports are amazing, I can get quick report, customized reports, and anything I may need to present to client in very little time. It has made my job so much simpler. As far as I know, integration goes smoothly as well.

Integrating VanillaSoft

I've just done importing/exporting of files. VanillaSoft has been the greatest, most easy to use, CRM I've ever used.

All I can comment on is the fact that loading/exporting files is such an easy process with VanillaSoft. I love it.

Relationship with VanillaSoft

I wasn't the key contact on this phase. However, I was told the VanillaSoft team was great. Always responsive, and we were up and running quickly.
They are always available for support. For urgent needs I can get someone the phone. If I just have a general questions, I can email one of many contacts at VanillaSoft and know that they will respond in a timely manner. I have nothing but positive input on ease of working with them.
