Overall Satisfaction with Vasion Print

We use the product for our local hospital and several off site locations, for all of our printer setup needs. With using Vasion Print, we are able to setup floor map to assign where each printer is, so the end user has an easy time installing the printer they need.

  • Documentation can be hard to find

  • Fewer Helpdesk calls

  • Cloud Server
Overall easy to use.
With going to the cloud it was easy to allow our off site location access to the product and allow them to use the product.
We have not had a need to evaluate another product.

Its super easy to use and a wonderful product. I would recommend this to anyone. The GUI and printer installation makes it easy for the end user to install printers without the contact to our IT teams. Setting new printer or area is a simple task, that any user without a tech background could do.
