Yes, the vendor has been supporting the organization through the sales process and after implementation. Our in house IT team has been working with Business Analyst as well so that maximum utilization of the software is achieved. Our IT Director promotes it across the teams and this helps in entering data from Sales team as well.
Yes, Vena has greatly helped in making more agile or rapid business decisions. We always enter data in it for the senior management to review and plan for upcoming investments. It also helps in reviewing lost business and if we need support from the sales to take it up with the customer.
