Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Maintaining the whole product in a single software helped a lot. Viena included a CRM integrated with our financial module, making it easy to access every insight while interacting with the client. It impacted our KPIs positively, reducing the ETA and customer satisfaction.

Cons
- In can be as flexible when using the mobile dashboard.
- Automations saved a lot of agent time which translates on revenue.
- It hosted its self infrastructure so you don't need to spend on on-premises setups.
So far, it's excellent. While integrating with Microsoft 365, we asked for support a couple of times.
Its native integrations with databases, dashboards, CRM, and analytics have simplified our decisions to maintain multiple instances for each thing.
