Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Once implemented, Vena Solutions makes the consolidation of input easier and faster than Excel.

Pros

  • Data input consolidation
  • Easy to use once implemented

Cons

  • Implementation is very time-consuming
  • Creation of new reports and input templates requires significant amount of time
  • The consultant in charge of implementation did not deliver full functionality, and we had to re-do everything ourselves.
  • Once implemented, Vena did speed up our individual forecast consolidation process.
Vena Solutions may be best for smaller companies with simple structure where there are not a lot of interdependencies. It also requires a highly dedicated and hard-working team to be implemented.
