Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena Solutions is a nice alternative to managing multiple files for budgeting and forecasting. Vena has truly improved our time required to collect and upload data. The setting up of the templates is not as user-friendly as one would hope but once you get things rolling, it's smooth sailing from that point forward.

Our initial support has been lackluster. We received a lot of "do it yourself" feedback. Our initial trainer was not the best person for the job. It is important to have people that are effective at communication following the rule of KISS to all participants. I understand it can be challenging but in a services company, it is essential.
