Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

In our company, we implement Vena Solution for clients. It's an easy tool to use for administration with a good security. The strength of the product is to use Excel easily to produce reports and to input data quickly. Financial processes are simplified and you save time analyzing your report. I recommend this solution for the middle market.

It is really easy to create, save, and use reports and input templates. Big templates with a lot of different formats can take time to create. I think Vena is a good product for financial planning, but it is more difficult for the supply chain to create a process.

Vena Solutions support will respond quickly for all queries that we send to them. First response is fast, but after that it depends if the query is complex or not. If it is a bug solution or related to demanding an upgrade, you need to wait some time to obtain a new version of the Excel Add-in.
