Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions
We currently as using Vena within finance for budgetting purposes. The goal is to expand our usage of the software more into reporting operations. Vena address the challenges we face with our budgetting processes. The budget process is time consuming and our implementation of Vena was primarily to address this challenge.

Our Vena liaison is a wealth of hands on knowledge. He has been able to help us navigate all parts of the software to allow us to deliver a better end product to our internal users. The Vena IT support team is responsive and quite helpful as well.
It has sped up our internal budgetting process which has resulted in direct man hour time savings within our internal and external processes. The ability to make quick changes to large scale budgets has allowed us to deliver more meaningful data to our stakeholders as well. We do plan on expanding Vena into other areas of our organization such as analytics and commercial finance.

Using Vena Solutions
12 - Vena is primarily used by our finance team in charge of internal and external customer reporting. Our commercial finance team has begun to utilize Vena for their analytics and tracking metrics as well. We see Vena being expanded to many areas of our business in the near future. Our operations teams are also beginning to get involved with Vena as well.
4 - Vena is primarily supported by our in house vena team. There is also members of our finance team who ask as trainers for other staff when it comes to usage.

Yes - The support team asked some follow up clarification questions and with that information went ahead and provided a working solution to the problem. They are quite precise in how they handle the issue at hand. The support has been stellar thus far and we are happy with their "can-do" attitude everytime we reach out.
