Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

We are currently using Vena Solutions to facilitate our financial reporting and consolidation process. We have a small accounting team therefore we are approaching the roll-out in a phased approach. Phase 2 of our roll out will be budgeting and planning. It has already made a tremendous difference in the time it takes to consolidate our financials and calculate minority interest. I expect Vena Solutions to have a similar impact to our budgeting and planning process.
  • The flexibility of the solution is its biggest strength.
  • Customer Service has been outstanding.
  • I'd like to see more improvements in ad-hoc reporting for business users.
  • We have only been using the solution for a few months and it already saves at least 1 day on our financial close. I expect the time savings will increase over time.
I think Vena is a great solution for small to medium companies that are growing. It's a solution that can grow with the company.
