Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

The ability to track data is what caught our attention about Vena Solutions because it is good that it is unified with Excel, as everything is very accurate and the configuration options are adequate. This software is being used by all the departments that require to keep track of the accounts, the selected data, and the customer data that are totally necessary to maintain order in the company.
  • Data is kept secure because it is stored in the cloud, which improves efficiency and speeds up internal processes.
  • The accounts are exact, as everything is calculated accurately with Excel formulas.
  • The weekly reports are very accurate and the control of administrative data means that all departments have great control.
  • There is a point when I try to add a complex template, the system becomes a little slow, and that frustrates me a bit.
  • For users who are inexperienced with Excel, the process of using this software will become a path you do not want to travel.
  • We have noticed that financial data reports have been developed in a very specific way. We like it a lot and the effort is minimal.
  • Integration with Excel saves us time by having everything configured in one place. Everything is secure because everything is cloud-based. We are pleased to know that we have made a good decision.
Vena Solutions is a totally necessary software if you want to keep accurate control of all financial data because the unification with Excel is very good, the spreadsheets are as they have always been in Excel, so when you work with Vena the adaptation is quick.
