Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

We currently use Verint Workforce Management for scheduling and leave management. We are able to report on agents’ productivity using the score card feature, as well as track leave hours, overtime, and VTO.
  • Leave management
  • Ability to customize
  • User-friendly
  • User Tracking of more features
  • Edits on the calendar screen
  • Leave visibility
  • Team member tracker (who is in?)
  • Overtime tracking
My company used other products before Verint, however, I did not have experience in those. We currently use Genesys in conjunction with Verint Workforce Management and I have heard that Genesys offers similar features. We continue to use Verint Workforce Management due to its reliability and easy-to-navigate software. I don’t see the need to learn a new system when Verint offers the products we need already.

I love that Verint Workforce Management allows so much customization within its screens. We are able to set up queues for multiple skills and inflate forecasts as needed due to unexpected changes in volume. The overtime feature has proven to be quite helpful when recruiting for additional hours, as well as the VTO feature for times of overstaffing.
Not yet! We are excited about the newest upgrade and are hoping it passes our security department so that we can utilize this feature next!
The best feature of Verint Workforce Management is the leave management function. It is user-friendly for front-end users and easy to navigate. There are multiple options for setup available for the backend users as well. Sometimes, auto-processing rules can be a pain point but once you have a good understanding of the system, that should clear up the issues.
