Verint was used in my previous company as the standard WFM tool for scheduling.

Verint has the full platform, it can do nearly everything. It integrates with many tools and has many partners and relationships. I do not worry that Verint won't be here a few years from now.

The forecasting and scheduling makes it easy to make real-time intraday pivots and allows us to reforecast intraday.
I have not used mobile but hope to go live in Q3 this year.
