Overall Satisfaction with VidCruiter
We are using the VidCruiter tool to perform video interviews with our candidates across the whole organization. It helps us a lot with connecting our hiring managers with candidates in virtual reality. Thanks to the tool we manage to improve our recruitment process and simplify it and reduce the impact of the COVID19 pandemic on our recruitment process.

- reporting capabilities (and we are in discussion how it can be enhanced)
- search options could be improved (for a big organization it lack of few filter options and we work closely with VidCruiter Team to improve it already)
- defining the questions/templates/flow of the interview
- recording videos by manager for candidates
- rating system of the interviews to help different parties to share the feedback and chose the candidate together
- it increased efficiency (we can interview more candidates and spend less time on reviewing CVs)
- reduced costs (less repetitive tasks done once the template is setup)
- speed up the process (eg. multiple candidates interviewed in the same time)
VidCruiter raised the stake to a whole new level for us. We had few companies that we were considering, but VidCruiter had the best offer that suited our needs and gave us some flexibility and a chance to have an impact on the development of the tool together with the VidCruiter Team.
