Vidyard is being used by our Marketing and Documentation and Training departments.
Through Vidyard, we are able to easily host hundreds of videos to our customer facing website. We also receive real-time analytics to track viewer usage, which are very insightful and allows us to see which videos are engaging and popular among our viewers.

- Video Players - Vidyard's dynamic video players provides great customization such as adding chapters/playlists and events.
- Analytics - Powerful analytics that allows you to integrate solutions like Eloqua and Salesforce to see exactly who and how many videos are being consumed by your customers.
- Technical Support - Something not working as you expected? Need help customizing a video? Vidyard's technical support team is on it -- they're responsive, reliable, and helpful!
- It would be nice if Vidyard designed a feature specifically for "related videos". There are ways to do it now, but a dedicated feature for related videos would be great!
- Help viewers learn and understand new concepts

We selected Vidyard over Vimeo as our primary video hosting solution as we found it more secure and the analytics were much more detailed (i.e. seeing exactly who is watching our videos).
