Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum

I use Spectrum across all departments. We currently are using accounting, job cost, service contracts, work orders, and field tech. We wanted a solution that handles all our needs without having to buy a third-party bolt. We like that everyone has the ability to use the system that relates to their department, and we are able to lock them out of sensitive areas.

We selected Viewpoint Spectrum because it allowed us to run our construction and projects department along with our service department all in one application. We are into year five with Viewpoint Spectrum and are still very pleased with our decision.

We wanted an accounting system and a service system wrapped into one system. Viewpoint offered that solution. It provides the ability to store documents in the system, allowing less paper in the office.

It is important to have a strong implementation partner. It made the transition from our old system to the new system easier.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation

Viewpoint Spectrum Reliability

There is still work to do on some modules.
Very little down time. They host our system.
For the most part the product is very reliable. Since we are hosted we sometimes have connectivity issues but I would say that is more our ISP than Spectrum.
