Overall Satisfaction with Vincere
We use Vincere as our CRM for recruitment. We have been using it for the last 2 years and rely on it for storing our candidate information via Linkedin and parsing profiles from our database. In addition, we control our processes for recruitment via Vincere and manage the overall productivity of the business by measuring the performance of the team in accordance with the KPI set.
- Adaptability
- Userfriendly
- Customer Support - Sam Albon has been great
- Outlook Sync
- It does lag a bit when loading a new page
- A separate way of measuring candidate calls and not just the addition of candidates
- Using Vincere for our retained projects has allowed us to have full control of the project and support the client.
- The pages take a while to load and therefore cause employees to be uninterested in uploading information in real-time
