Overall Satisfaction with Viralheat

We used Viralheat for publishing event promotions on our various social channels as well as brand and event monitoring. This included posting to our various social networks multiple times a day, listening for anyone mentioning our venue, or anyone talking about their experiences at one of our events.

Viralheat scales better. Cleaner, easy to use interface. Better analytics and an easier payment option (nothing a la carte).
I would still love to use it but I'm not working at the company :)
If you're looking to do more in social, past single person teams - then I would absolutely recommend Viralheat. If you aren't scaling or not trying to have a strong social monitoring/management presence then you might want to consider a smaller social management suite.
