Overall Satisfaction with Visier People

This particular application is used by HR and my own department. Only team leaders are allowed to use it. We have other applications that differ according to the department and its head's personal favorite.
Visier is used to maintain leave and absence reporting and some HR tracking and monitoring.

  • It provide real-time employee data
  • Easy analysis of workforce-cost
  • The employee movement summary is a little confusing to me.
  • Dashboards are little messy.
  • Trend analysis
  • Time tracking with sheet management (Time sheet)
  • Employee comparison
Saviom Enterprise Workforce Planning (EWP), Microsoft 365 Business, Cisco Webex Teams
Visier's built-in graphs and data visualizations make it easy to understand the management data. It provides stats and data regarding hiring trends, workforce composition, turnover, and more. Utilizing enterprise-grade infrastructure and machine learning technology can help in the development of the organization. It also has some internal systems like Financials, Operations/Manufacturing, Sales/Marketing, which I find very useful.
Things I found a little confusing are labor projection and predictive modeling.
