Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used to have a larger workforce, but had recently decided to scale back our workforce & be a lot more lean and mobile, with users in multiple states as opposed to a single office. Having users being able to answer within our phone network from anywhere in the world was very important and this resolved the issue.

Alternatives Considered

N/A - this is the first cloud based solution we have tried besides a local company's version that was subpar.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are looking for a solution where you can have users on the go and answer the phone like it's in office, this is a great solution. The option to have your voicemail transcribed into an email is a great add on, and the softphone iOS app offers great integration with the native OS.
