Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
[WatchGuard] AuthPoint is in use by the entire organization as the MFA solution at entry points to the network from external. It solves the issue of multi-factor authentication, giving peace of mind that you can't get into the network with a password alone. We have [WatchGuard] AuthPoint users all over the world.
- We already use a variety of other WatchGuard products, so it made sense to use AuthPoint.
- Lightweight, works on multiple mobile platforms
- Price is right
- I would like a better notification of a push - a pop up in the mobile UI
The price was right, and we lean on Watchguard for other security solutions already.
You must deploy Gateway servers in your network. So while there is no "hardware" there is software that must run on hardware, so as with any solution, you must deploy a few servers in your network for a successful AuthPoint installation.
No users have complained about having the app installed on their mobile device. The installation of the token to these devices is super easy - scanning a QR code to install the token.
Absolutely true. With SSO and AuthPoint as the MFA solution paired up with SSO, access to applications is simple. End users love the integration and ease of use.
