It is being used for remote desktop as well as on laptops and PCs to ensure security of the external network.

I believe that Duo was easier and had quicker authentication than WatchGuard.
Yes we are using the cloud version, using the MS 365 Azure AD to sync with the cloud rather than a radius server.
