Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
Authpoint is easy to set up and configure, very knowledgeable forum to help you set it up. All is managed through the cloud which is ideal for managing multiple companies.
It's a perfect solution for a lot of companies that don't have MFA on their VPNs, which is probably the most critical thing to have it on. Implementing this allows us to make sure our network is more secure from those remote locations.

Due to WatchGuard AuthPoint being cloud-based, it helps with the manageability and scalability of not only our business but also other businesses we provide it to. You can access it from anywhere and don't need to be onsite to configure WatchGuard AuthPoint as long as you have a connection to the domain server.
The ability to have an app that users can easily access helps tremendously. I myself have sent instructions to users on how to install and how to register the app for Watchguard AuthPoint and haven't had users come back to me complaining that it doesn't work. Only thing is that if someone is away the registration may time out.
