Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

AuthPoint is a 2-factor authentication tool. It allows us to more easily and more securely manage our WatchGuard products.
  • Non-intrusive 2-factor authentication.
  • Secure access.
  • Ease of use.
  • Slightly more streamlined interface.
In our specific scenario, it allowed us to more easily centralize our WatchGuard accesses, with minimal password reuse and no password reset requests! It also helps to avoid leaked credentials, since you'd need access to one of our phones, physically, in order to allow an access.
It's easy to set up, it's easy to manage and it has been adopted by us all. Saves a fair amount of time compared to other MFA apps, since it is a lot more direct.
We use it to protect our customers and keep their credentials safe.
In scenarios like e-mail phishing, it comes in handy. The amount of perpetrators out there that manage to fool consumers and technicians alike is alarming, and AuthPoint helps to prevent that.
The ease of use AuthPoint offers is nearly unmatched, with all of the same (if not more!) security benefits.

If you own any WatchGuard products and have to manage them, AuthPoint is the most easy and secure way to do so. Its ease of use, no fuss approach is always welcomed in a busy work environement.
