Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use it in our own company and we recommend WatchGuard to other businesses to help protect their network infrastructure.
- Gateway Antivirus works well.
- Web filtering helps prevent users from going sites they shouldn't be visiting.
- SSL VPN works great and secure.
- Routine visit from our WatchGuard rep at least twice a year.
- Not having to take two tests for two people every two years to stay at the Gold Level. One test each after meeting Gold status should be sufficient.
- Highly recommend taking the online test for staying at Gold level instead of going to a testing center. Like a continuing education course and an online test.
- Decent ROI.
- The increased cost of Basic Security Suite is a price barrier many times for small businesses and that impacts.
- We do appreciate WatchGuard not reaching out to our clients for renewals and letting us take care of them.

Absolutely. We like the one appliance and one license. again, the only drawback for small businesses is the Basic Security Suite pricing and renewal costs.
