We use WatchGuard products in-house, and recommend, install, monitor, and manage them for our clients.

Pros
- Visibility and control of network traffic in and out.
- Malware detection and elimination BEFORE it gets into the network.
- Forward-thinking/looking/acting to improve the solutions to stay ahead of the threat curve posed by ever-changing attack vectors and methods.
- Certifications require experience and thorough training.
Cons
- Minor annoyances in configuration interfaces could be improved.
- Completely integrate the portals used in cloud services (this is underway)
- We could not obtain a single source product that has similar features and performance at any price. Lesser solutions are readily available for 2x or 5x the price but require bolt-on 3rd-party additions.
