Negative: Point systems have switched several times.
Positive: Implementing the same thing for many years has cut down on the amount of time we need to research things for sales.

[In my experience] the vendor and support experiences are often far below subpar, so I cannot give too many kudos to WatchGuard. We have been using them for a long time, and that's mainly why we are still using them. If management was not so easy for us, we would have switched to another provider by now.
