Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We have adopted the entire WatchGuard stack and found that the support from both a sales and service perspective has been excellent. The team is very responsive and the products are at the level you would expect of a world class security company. By increasing their offering to include endpoint security, threat detection, and response services, WatchGuard is our preferred supplier for security solutions which makes our job of selling and supporting these products a lot easier. Very happy to recommend WatchGuard to both end users and other MSP's such as ourselves.

As a single subscription, the renewals process is very simple. We tell the client what features are included and the differences between the major packages so that they can make a choice between A, B or C rather than having to look at 100 options and explaining every one in detail.
We have found that WatchGuard provide better support and has been more responsive than SonicWall. We have had issues in the past where vendors approach our clients directly to renew subscriptions, but this has never occurred with WatchGuard and they have fully supported us through the channel. I just wish that WatchGuard kept more stock locally as sometimes waiting for stock to ship from the US can slow things down.
