Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We currently have a T40 Watchguard firewall and 3 Watchguard AP130 Access points in place. These devices protect the organization from security risks. The access points allow for staff, volunteers, and visitors to use the network and internet throughout the building. The Watchguard technology is straightforward and is a solution that is affordable for our nonprofit organization. It is easily maintained and supported as I am a part-time employee. This helps the organization in terms of technology costs.
- Ease of implementation.
- Ease of maintenance and support.
- Reliability.
- Tremendous amount of training resources.
- I really don't have an answer for this. With my knowledge it is exactly what we need.
- We have had no known breaches to our network.
- It protected our network right out of the box. The default configuration is a great building block.
- I could configure the firewall and access points without the need for expensive consultants. This is very important for a nonprofit with limited resources.
- The training videos are awesome. I can always refer back to them when I have questions.
We worked with CDW. They were great to work with. They were able to confirm my selection, and the purchase was flawless. The devices arrived in two days.
We are a nonprofit, and I am the single technology support person and only work part-time. We are an organization that provides support for dogs and cats. It is important that the technology is simple to use and reliable. The single license makes it simple and cost-effective. Compared to other technologies where licensing can get very complicated, and the costs keep adding up.
