Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We are a mid-sized MSP, and recommend and implement a lot of Watchguard for our customers. We like the ease of setup & management a lot. Even our lower level techs can perform basic administration with minimal and reasonable training. Much easier then most competitors. The activation process is powered by salesforce, and is flakey - Especially "tradeup" activation. Great UTM features to keep our customers safe from ransomware, and our bottom line safe from disasters on labor-inclusive accounts.

- Authpoint should support grace period or honer system licensing to support business agility
- Activation / portal functionality should be improved. The whole Salesforce back-end is flaky and stinks
- Very positive - Ease of configuration makes this an easy sell into customers and unlocks value for smaller clients

Easier administration generates massive positive ROI vs competitors. Fundamental technologies are competitive,and strategic, they had an affordable MFA'd VPN solution (AuthPoint) out, before we / our customers were ready for it.
