Because we work in advertising and marketing, it is important for our customers to trust and feel their business assets are safe and secure with us. In this world of sometimes working remotely we know our data--and our customer's data--is safe from outsiders yet lets us be flexible in where we work.
- User accountability and verification
- Flagging potential risks to security
- It would be nice to have a quick override, for situations where we know the flagged risk and can easily dismiss it based on our knowledge.
- Some of our clients are more strict than others when it comes to online security (government projects, etc) so proving we can keep their data safe can sometimes be the deciding factor for them to use our company = money in the bank!
Simplicity is the key to organization and clarity. Having one place where you can manage all aspects of security just helps keep things in order and make sure nothing is missed. To us, it's a given than you would have one place-- or one that integrates with your other platforms-- to more easily track security and potential issues.
Using WatchGuard has made us all feel more at ease about our files and data being secure, which takes one more level of stress off our shoulders and lets us concentrate on our actual work versus also having to worry about keeping the rest of the world out while we deal with our own deadlines and concerns.
We actually use both in conjunction with each other, and they compliment each other well.
