Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We deploy WatchGuard Network Security Firewalls to all clients. The biggest problem that this product addresses is VPN connections.
Many clients need to access network resources such as printers, servers and workstations. WatchGuard Network Security makes it very easy for us to allow secure connections for users. Along with the traffic monitor is also allows us to see all the remote connections being made easy.

- Easy secure VPN setup
- Configuring Multi-WAN with different providers and having different ways to do so for each need
- Detailed network logging and support

- Functionality and support articles and be easier to find
- Adding more information on the UI, maybe more hover over details
- Direct VPN installation page
- VPN allows painless transition for workers to work from home
- Easy to create policies to allow third parties access to certain network resources minimizing downtime
- Graphics allow us to determine causes of network delays, allowing us quick turnaround time to solve issue
Worked with pax8 and there are not issues. Service was good.
The biggest value is that allows all technicians to have a single place to manage all devices. If someone is working from home they can connect to a machine that has the security platform on it to troubleshoot any device.
It also helps allow us to know right away if a device is offline.

We do not utilize the products together as much and it can be quite confusing to set it all up together. An example of this would be two factor authentication on the VPN. It would be great if the pricing and implementation was a bit more obvious and streamlined. Furthermore videos along with the knowledge base articles would be appreciated.
WatchGuard Network Security provides the most utility by providing many services on one device and an easy to use interface. WatchGuard Network Security is also very easy to install.
