Solid and Reliable.

I use WatchGuard Network Security in my organization because the Firebox provides a secure VPN solution for our remote users and the stability of knowing that I have a NextGen firewall in place, versus some of the other dated options people are still using. Intrusion prevention, application control, and malware protection are my duty, and I couldn't sleep at night knowing I didn't have these measures in place for my network.

We did use a partner, from GHA Associates. I am very happy with Mike and GHA, they are an amazing Vendor. That is who we did the renewal with, the organization first purchased our licenses and did the initial setup with CCB Technology.

I wouldn't exactly say that the security platform is a unified solution, I have seen similar products that have the "single pane of glass" user interface and functionality. From what I have seen, everything is compartmentalized and sectioned off into separate areas based on the individual product. You certainly have a section where you can purchase each product separately, but they are in one single pane. Their use requires different compartments.

I have not used any WatchGuard cloud products yet; we currently only have the firewall and Firebox VPN in place. That's not to say we won't expand to use other WatchGuard offerings in the future; their use cases can certainly be argued as needed.
