Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

The decision to acquire the Webex App was due to the great experience that Cisco has in this area; collaboration through video conferences and any other method of instant communication is very necessary in each of the departments, so the Webex App is perfect for us, it was successfully implemented, communications were made with great sound and image quality, we share knowledge with colleagues from anywhere in the world with video calls, webinars have a great impact, and with end-to-end encryption, we feel very safe, this system is one of the most complete on the market today.

Pros

  • High-quality, high-impact communications in our workflow.
  • It's great for sharing large documents, it doesn't slow down our communications.
  • The dark mode is excellent, it has a good image and seamless integration features.
  • We can record meetings, which is perfect for backing up any information that may be overlooked.

Cons

  • There aren't many drawbacks with the Webex app, but it is a RAM-intensive system, so you need to have a good computer and good internet to use it properly.
  • Offering a service that adapts to all needs, the Webex App is intuitive and rich in features to maintain communications with customers around the world, as well as communicate with colleagues from different locations. The Webex App is very affordable, not very expensive compared to the many great quality and interaction benefits it offers.
Talking about Webex App technical support is talking about the quality because they are always attentive and willing to attend to our needs, and the response is immediate; every time we have needed help to solve a problem or find out a function, they have not responded quickly, Cisco has always been characterized by being efficient and deserving 10 points.

The Webex app doesn't require a lot of experience to use; it's very simple, the features are clear, and it's feature-rich software but with an easy learning curve to overcome. It is safe to use and does not require extensive knowledge or training. Communications are high-quality and professional; the Webex app deserves 10 points for usability.
It is a software that, in our experience, has been phenomenal; I recommend it with total security; since long-distance communications are of good quality, it is necessary to implement the Webex App and leave behind the different similar software that have flaws, many limitations in terms of seamless communications, I highly recommend the Webex app and give it 10 points because it deserves it.
