Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it for collaborating with our internal technical teams. We also use it for integrating with Cisco TAC engineers for troubleshooting, getting updates about opened case tickets. It is extremely helpful for troubleshooting especially with shared screen and the ability to give control of a session and also recording the session.
