Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We used the Webex App as a team and client communication app, and it helped us to build a centralized platform connection within the company and easy to communication, share information, and take team updates. We used this in Webex Calling, webinars, remote sessions, internal document share, document storage, management of tickets and many more.
Pros
- Platform is very scalable and well designed to use it easily.
- It is mobile supported as well and works well in both mobile and web app.
- Very secure environment and look multi authentication to start.
Cons
- Minor performance issues occur intermittently, causing the app to freeze. It only recovers after a restart.
- Require high bandwith to perform properly.
- Notifications are little slow in mobile.
- Dashboard is very well structured which makes it attractive.
- Easy to integrate for calling support as well.
