Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
The Webex App provides real time collaboration for users within the hybrid workforce environment. It provides chat, audio, video and sharing capabilities to its users. It additionally offers calendar and office integration to its users to make it work seamlessly. The Webex App is available on various platform and even for users that are on the go the functionality.

The Cisco product suite filled the gap and provided business value for remote and hybrid working, especially during COVID times when people we not allowed in the office. Outside this, it seems that video room integration with cross platform solutions are difficult to be able to use. Meeting room sync and devices are not easy to connect.
This is a difficult question because many companies similarly to us have invested in the Microsoft platform and ecosystem of products so when compared to the office umbrella of products, office and teams is just there to use and does not need nor require additional use training and adoption investments which make it land at an overall lower cost and quicker time on return.
