We use Webex meetings across our organization for daily stand-ups, client presentations, IBM troubleshooting and incident response training sessions, and remote collaboration with internal and external teams.

Pros

  • Powerful screen sharing and annotations tools, along with whiteboards and on-screen markings for better navigation.

Cons

  • The menu structures and icons are not always self-explanatory.
  • Managing notifications and filtering messages within spaces requires multiple clicks.
  • Teams across time zones can collaborate in real time via high-quality video and document sharing, which helps reduce the project delivery time and improve decision-making.
