Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Webex App to setup internal calls with teams and we use Webex App to conduct primary research for my clients. We use both teams and Webex App but the video and audio quality of the calls are far better than teams

we do not have proper wifi at homes, and call drop rates are high. so we explored for other options, then after testing we have adopted cisco Webex App
We will be conducting training with internal teams for which we have used solutions like Team and Zoom, which have limited functionality during covid time and too much latency and most of the interactions are not clear. When we switched from teams to Cisco Webex App, latency came down and the learning increased. which lead to improve in employee efficiency
We have improved in more collaboration and reduced latency
the video was not clear and latency was high even when the bandwidth is 500mbps and if the number of users increased in a meeting, then its impossible for us to use cameras. this is the reason why we shifted to Webex App
