An application I didn't know I like it.
Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It's our main chat application and video call application. It solves communication problems. It helps us get summaries and recordings of our calls. It also enables us to establish channels for communication between groups and be more transparent with our messages. Additionally, I have been using it lately to screen record explanations and share them with others, as it has a platform similar to Loom, and it has been excellent. I think they need to add more functionality to it, but it's a nice addition to a robust application.

I find Webex as robust as Slack, which is an application that is sometimes used in smaller companies. It's good to have something similar to Slack in an enterprise-level application that is much better than Teams. It feels more cohesive and robust, and I really enjoy using it. Which sometimes I wonder why, and I find myself saying, "I like Webex."
