I have been using Webex suite app for almost 2 years in my organization and i feel its a lightest app with all the enterprise meeting solution. We are using for instant chat which also be accessed on mobile phones.

Webex app is being adopted in our manufacturing organization from decade and they are very habitual to use Webex rather than using other new app. Instant chat, file sharing, video calls or even setup meetings are so up to mark and simple that users across organization are using to improve communication.

Instant communication and sharing. Cons. Contacting to outside org stakeholders we need to use different app.
